Hellow every1.
I want to enter into contract with someone but i need to know what can limit me to move out of that contract incase i want to do so.
 
Habari Hus, hope you are fine...... Contract huwa ina terms and conditions, kwahiyo those terms and conditions are what is legally binding, so if you will put a clause that if I want to get out of a contract then A, B, C, D..... then hayo ndio yatakuwa makubaliano yenu. Kwahiyo terms and Conditions are what is important. Unaweza ukaweka clause kwamba iwapo mmoja wenu hatapenda tena kuendelea na contract labda atamwambia mwenzake two months kabla etc

Vipi kwa yule ambaye alishaaccept terms and conditions na akasign hiyo contract na hakukuwa na clause yoyote itakayoelezea kuvunja contract; katikati ya safari akaona he/she is not satisfied may be the other party is not acting according to what they have agreed before. Can he/she move out of hiyo contract au ni lazima aendelee hivyo hivyo sababu alishakubaliana na terms and conditions tangu mwanzo?

ni kweli miss ila mtu kama anataka akuingize chaka hatoacha nafasi ya wewe kuweza kurenegotiate katika hiyo contract.
