yes...contracting is allowed in Tanzania...and yes it can be done through a third party (agent). i advice you to read the Law of Contract Act for all the information u might need!!!!!!
on how its done,formation,termination etc and illigal contracts and their formation,also what contracts are enforceable etc...
also u will learn about the remedies availlable in case of breach of contract..
