actually let me just to add something. corruption is a cancer, is a disease. and if at all you are there to fight the disease, you must fight seriously. if you go it slowly, you can't fight that disease. so the best way is to make sure that you destroy all this disease which is actually is causing a lot of problems. and i am sure even development partners you used to tell her that you suppose to fight corruptions. i don't know which country you are coming, but i am sure if you are from UK, U.S.A, from anywhere, from european union they all talk. they are all against corruption practise.
And in Tanzania, we have this special court. This special court actually is court which actually deal with corrupted people thus why we call them mafisadi, wala rushwa. But even those people who are being punished by the acording to the law, they have a chance they can even go to court so as to get what they suppose to get. so this is principle" Magufuli.
