Cost comparison SGR Kenya vs SGR Tanzania

show me where the report says light track railway! Wacha ujinga! cummuter railway line doesn't mean light railway! Its Dakar Regional Express train. Light rails r like those found where trams and tubes pass! That's not a tram railway but a proper rail passing in the city Dakar from airport!

Don't speak about things you don't know Geuza Ulaliwe. A tram is just a subgroup that was recently included in the light rail wider term. We have monorails, trams and the light rail I posted - all of them are light rails. The Dakar rail does not support enough weight to be regarded as heavy rail. Read a book.

Is ur SGR transporting PAX? If so, btn Regions? If Yes is it light train? Is ur Nairobi commuter train from NGR a light rail? wacha upumbavu! There is no light train that costs $1.4 bln for 70 km! may be in Kunyaland! Not in Senegal that i know that has Prudent leadership!

BTW i didnt say only tram passes on a light rail even underground trains and street trains within the cities! The one in Dakar is regional commuter train! And not Light train! Its is called Dakar Regional Express Train (TER) and operates on regional commuter rail that can also support freight trains! In railway systems there several track types from light rails, metric rails and passengers rails! Not necessarily a passenger rail to be a light rail! the kind of trains on the pictures clearly shows the rail is not light!
