CREDIBILITY OF GPAs!!!!!

Students GPA has always been considered as rating of the quality and ability of students who have completed certain course. Since many years this has been so, Even in employment many organisations and academic Institutions has considered GPA as the basis for student ability. However, as a result of Mushrooming of Many Training Institutions and Universities the use of GPA as the basis of considering somebody as capable is becoming doubtful day after day...this is because there are some students who come out with very high GPAs from certain Institutions and when they are given assignments like job in certain organisation or teaching services they fail to deliver acordingly somethinf which create doubts provided they have High GPAs .........This is therefore a big challenge as many organisations still consider GPA as a reason of strength of a particular person......I give it as a challenge to you to discuss and come up with your view
