Key Responsibilities​

• Credit Risk Analysis: Review and assess credit risk on applications, providing appropriate recommendations or approvals.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all credit facilities adhere to internal credit policies and Bank of Tanzania (BOT) prudential lending guidelines.
• Application Turnaround: Maintain efficient turnaround time for processing applications.
• Facility Review: Conduct timely reviews for all credit facilities, ensuring reviews are completed at least one month before expiry.
• Unauthorized Drawings: Monitor, follow up, and report any unauthorized overdrafts.
• Advance Control: Manage advances under grade 10 and 20 to maintain loan migration within targeted rates.
• OD Facility Renewal: Ensure all overdraft facilities are renewed promptly.
• Covenant Tracking: Maintain and monitor covenant tracking records, providing quarterly progress reports.

Minimum Qualification Requirements​

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Required)
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Added Advantage)

Professional Qualifications:

• CPA (T) or CPB certification (Added Advantage)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
