Damu kwenye semen - nini tatizo?

Heshima yenu wanajukwaa, ninahisi nina tatizo, naomba ushauri wenu. usiku wa kuamkia leo nilipatwa na wet dream, asubuhi kulivyokucha wakati niko bafuni nimekuta semen zilizochanganyika na damu damu kwenye nguo yng ya ndani.

Nilishtuka kidogo coz sijawahi ona kitu kama hicho. Nililazimika ku masturbate ili nihakikishe kama kwenye semen kuna damu. Baada ya zoezi nilicofirm kama semen zimechanganyika na damu.

Naomba nielimishwe juu ya hili (km tayari nna parasites, wameniingiaje, na matibabu yake ni yapi?).

move semen from the body. These
include:
Prostate (the gland that produces the
fluid part of semen)
Urethra (the tube that carries urine
and semen from the penis )
Epididymis and vas deferens (tiny
tube-like structures where sperm
mature before ejaculation)
Seminal vesicles (which add more
fluid to the semen)
