You can check with the following institutions

1. New Horizon - close to Peacock Hotel

2. University Computing Centre (UCC), either Mlimani or Azikiwe (CRDB HQ Building). Various centre in the regions as well (Mwanza, Arusha).

3. Institute of Info. Tech(IIT). { Used to be along Samora Avenue, not so sure where they are now }

Since you didn't specify the location, i defaulted that you meant schools within TZ.
