1>for bowel problem:
use kegels exercise,this involves contracting the muscles of anus,buttocks,and pelvis.

muone doctor, he/she'l use bio-feedback,this involves placing a special probe in your anus,or placing a sensing device called Electrode near your anal opening,This will stimulate the sphincter muscle contraction.
