1. Kunywa maji mengi na other fluids mfano..maji ya nazi na maji ya ndimu
2. mafuta ya nazi pia pia yanapunguza hilo jasho na harufu pia
3. kata ndimu nusu af unaisugua kwapani ukienda kulala au pia waweza kuviacha tu kwapan hadi asubuh..ukipaka mchana makwapa yako yatakuwa meusi
4. changanya maji ya ndimu na baking soda af unapaka kwapani
5. kula vyajula vyene magnesium kwa wingi mfano, mboga za majan, viazi, vyakula familia ya maharage, familia ya karanga, ndizi, parachichi....
6. juice ya nyanya pia hupunguza...glasi moja au mbili kwa siku
7. na kuna kitu chaitwa wheat grass powder...ukiipata hiyo unachanganya na maji ya moto af unakunywa
kila la heri
