Do It Right the First Time
You can avoid spending time and energy correcting mistakes, if you do a good job the first time. By now, you should know that it is easier to do a job right the first time than it is to go back and fix it later. Did you ever leave dinner dishes to soak instead of washing them? Instead of just washing them and being done, the dishes sit in dirty water for hours and you end up doing twice the work to get them clean. The same goes for your work. If you cut corners and do a half-hearted job, you will inevitably have to go back to correct mistakes. Be precise and be thorough. The time you spend doing a job right is time you save correcting mistakes.
