Do we have maternal protection laws in tanzania? Do we need one?

I am doing my Bachelor of Law Research and my Title is "ACCESSIBILITY OF HEALTH SERVICES IN TANZANIA: ENFORCEABILITY OF FREE AND QUALITY MATERNAL HEALTH CAR. A CASE OF MVOMERO DISTRICT MOROGORO, TANZANIA.

I am currently making an account of the available laws. Would any one plz assist me, of any valid law in Tanzania,. which directly address the above mentioned title. If not, do we need such a law? I am researching under the assumptions that legal machinery can assist the speed of reducing maternal deaths especially when "maternal health service" is treated squarely in a human right model.
