Hawa na wanashindanga wakituimbia hapa nchi ya mabeberu, its a known fact kenya has the best doctors around, even wealthy tanzanians seek medical help in our hospitalsThis caught my eye.

Tanzania: Mkapa Hospital to Become Medical Tourism Attraction
Kenyatta National hospital has done brain surgeries from 1967 when the neurology department was launched. You are 50 years late to the table.
Modern neurosurgical development in Kenya has its origins in the late 1940s when the first elective neurosurgical procedures were performed by Dr. J. F. Jarvis, Chief of Head and Neck Surgery at the now Kenyatta National Hospital, when he operated on anterior encephaloceles, and later also performed anterior third ventriculostomies for hydrocephalus. Formal neurosurgery developed from these initial steps, with the arrival of the first trained specialist, Dr. Renato Ruberti, whose pioneering efforts resulted in the founding of the Neurological Society of Kenya (NSK), the Pan African Association of Neurological Sciences (PAANS), and the African Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (AFNS). The last quarter of the 20th century has seen the progress of neurosurgery reach its present respectable levels, with dedicated and well-trained Kenyan neurosurgical specialists focusing not only on its practice but diligently pursuing its development.
So far, it is only the University of Nairobi that offers a post-graduate programme in neurosurgery in the East African region
Jamaaa yani anapindisha pindisha kumbe hyo BM haina tofauti na ile ya machakos..It's a hard job but somebody has to slap them out of their slumber.
We still have problems which we know, but you guys have deeper problems than kenya but you are clueless to that fact.
That is their modus operandi (MO), they get excited over trivial things. I think a lot of them have never stepped out of their villages to view the rest of the world.Jamaaa yani anapindisha pindisha kumbe hyo BM haina tofauti na ile ya machakos..

Kenyans complain a lot to GOK because we have seen better and demand better, they on the other hand get satisfied with mediocrity(I guess low expectations is fashionable in Tanzania).
Nyinyi endeleeni kujenga majengo,
Health sector si buildings,ni zaidi ya izo concrete and glass.
Bure kabisa.

During the World Federation of Neurosurgeons Societies seminar, seven live neuro-complex surgeries were done at the Consolata Hospital Mathari,Nyeri County.
The surgeries were witnessed by 40 neurosurgeons drawn from across the globe (Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Nigeria, Cameroon.Others were from Pakistan, USA, United Kingdom, Turkey, India and Japan.)
The surgeries were on brain tumour procedures in complex neuroanatomical areas in the nervous system.
