Don't they teach the word 'most' in Tanzanian schools?

One thing I've noticed among Tanzanians is the lack of the word 'most' whenever they construct a sentence that requires it. For instance:-

"The modern airport in East Africa," instead of "The most modern airport in East Africa"

"The modern SGR in East Africa," instead of "The most modern SGR in East Africa".

At first I thought it was just on Jamii Forums but I recently met another Tanzanian who speaks exactly like that. So I ask, don't they teach the word 'most' in Tanzanian schools?

Comparative is more/less
Superlative is most/least, normally superlative word followed by the conjunction word of.

I studied these stuffs back 1986 at Magomeni Primary school in Dar.

Show me an article in any reputable Newspaper (and, I know how low you are willing to set the bar), a citation from a book or anywhere where the sentence "Most modern in ...." has been used.

NB: Reputable... This can be used to mean Non - Kenyan.

I didn't ask you to explain nursery school grammar to me, I asked why many Tanzanians don't use the word 'most' where they should be.

PS...........you don't know what you're talking about. You're definitely among the people I'm talking about. When 'most' is followed by 'of', it ceases being a superlative and becomes a pronoun. You guys are sh1t - we learned these things in primary school.
