Hot and wrathful debate is blazing across the nation giving to spotlight divestiture of Tanzania Mainland sea and dry ports facilities, Factories, EPZs and Trade Corridors to an extent that I saw in vision Hon. Speaker is in extremely desperate condition like a desolate; for leadership inane of the executive.

My take
Prior to take-off of this deal, we needed adequate time to learn from other projects operated by DP World so that we may acquire enough insights for contract negotiation; given that Africans lack capacity for win-win results in contracts deliberations.

Brief Background
DP World operates 78 marine and inland ports in the world and other 50 related support businesses in 40 countries across 6 continents including but not limited to:-

1. Port City - Colombo
2. Kulpi Port - India
3. Mundra Port - Gujarat India.
4. Nhava Sheva Port (Jawaharlal Nehru Port) - India
5. Visakhapatnam Port (Vizag) - India

In Africa:-

1. Algeria.
2. Angola.
3. Djibouti.
4. Egypt.
5. Mozambique.
6. Nigeria.
7. Rwanda.
8. Senegal.

Tz must not be made unique case (for contractual sake) by DP World in making analogy with others. Opposition and the general public have a standpoint that can't be ignored.
