I really appreciate my dear president of URT he seems to sincerely love his country and people at large though hr misses target generally. Because of the difficultiness of life due to in necessary inflation of prices of basic goods let me talk a little bit for issues that our President has not done fair to some people.

1.Punishing some District and town Executive Directors who caused Ghost workers.
Actually I'm not entertaining the massive production of ghost workers, No , what I'm against our president is to punish the DEDS and left behind those dishonest Human resource officers who were the part of the problem. If it was just the beginning demote all HROs country wise who produced Ghost workers country wise under governmental institutions.

2.Avoiding trusting much those who help you in vetting some people to be appointed
There is one Swahili say which states that Njaa haina Baunsa, which means whatever one becomes strong he get suffer with hungry.

Human being never satisfies whatever you pay or feed him/her he or she will complain. Trust them for at most 80% as one of our president had a say that akili za kuambiwa changanya na zako.

This is not a wrong punishment is the right punishment DEDS are the major caused of Ghost workers.
 
The aim of writing in English is to avoid thread vandalists who destroy other people's thread by entering politics in every thread .I beg Mods to initiate special forms which will be discussing political affairs but in English. This will reduce insults and humiliation to other guys .
 
It would add value to pinpoint some flaws in some of the decisions made by CEO of the country but that does not bar them from just identifying them. Providing a solution to every problem that one identifies could really help the gvt but if individuals are good at identifying then let embrace that too for along the way other participants will come up with proper and relevant solutions to every problem.
 
From your comment, I don't know why should you call it wrong punishment if you do hate ghost workers. You only seem to suggest the extension of punishment up the Resource managers. If that is the issue, I don't know why should you employing Red herring.
 
Wrong punishment? The Punishment which he inflects/inflicted to them is fitting their wrongs, since a wrongdoer must be punished as it his or her right to be punished. So if someone is really complaining about the decisions being taken by our honorable president, surely you might be suppurated.

My take: Ghost workers and DEDs must be responsible by reversing the fund and be forfeited if possible so as to restore public servant ethics.

Not right. We can use google translator,rubbish..! I think u will be Haya tribe.
 
The writer looks as if wrote his points in Swahili and google translated the reason for this hanging presentation. Google translation requires professional editing in the language you are translating to.

In order to punish them it could be clear for you to point out how DED's and HRO's were involved in creating ghost workers! But surely the DED's had all authority to assure themselves on this issue just even before our president decided to deal with it
