Dr. Ndugulile Departure is Premature!
My grief stricken heart couldn’t timely react to thunderous information of the demise of Hon. Dr. Faustine Engelbert Ndugulile MP for Kigamboni constituent and a recently nominated Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) African Regional as Hon. Speaker Dr. Tulia Akson Mwansasu publicized on 27th November, 2024 to Tanzanians.
Hon. Dr. Ndugulile had a strong willpower personality, but he also had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor. He was generous, loyal, and brave. He was clever and full to the brim with knowledge gained through all of his life experiences; paramedical technocrat, Politician, Minister, and WHO elect Regional Director.
Hon. Dr. Ndugulile was brimming with a desire to save the people of Kigamboni, as Member of Parliament, the people of Tanzania as minister and Africa. He will be remembered for many exceptional leadership accomplishments of his life time. He recently became a pivotal rising star shouldering Africa’s trust on health transformation as WHO elect Regional Director. Tanzanians mourn his demise, yet celebrate milestones he left. His untimely departure at the time most needed has stunned majority!
It is hard to believe that Dr Ndugulile is no more, I personally remember exchanging jokes on the last parliament session together with honorable Suleyman Zeid, and little had I known it was a farewell encounter!
Dr. Ndugulile, despite of your unpublished life profile book, I believe God Almighty certified sufficiency of written chapters through all backgrounds including family, friends, National and international politics, your social interaction, professional as well as academics. Your kindness will forever be remembered!
When his tribulation time came, Dr. Ndugulile carried himself with dignity, strength, and full of love for those who went before him. He unexpectedly instilled a desire to calm down at times of distress! Hon. Dr. Faustine Ndugulile you will be missed dearly!
