Even here in kenya Bamba,Dstv,startimes et al must carry KBC channel, infact its now a must to carry KTN,NTV,Citizen which are private broadcasters

Yet customers have the option of using normal free to air aerials and decoders if they don't want to pay.
When pay TV calculate the pricing, they hedge their making money on subscriptions, not on equipment and installation. Meaning some of them actually lose money on installation.
If they sell the equipment at a loss, then the customers fail to pay monthly subscription because the channels are free, what business is that?
What's so special with a dreamliner? It can land even in Isiolo airport. It's wingspan is not that big.
But the dreamliner, like other big aircraft, is made for long distance flights. That's the only way it will ever break even or pay for itself.
