Kindly allow me to share my experience/plight..and i invite you to give worthwhile advise.
Yani ukimaliza chuo ndio unaona tofauti kati ya inservice na freshers..
Wao wamerudi maofisini bila stress,wanawasilisha transcripts tu na kubadili ngazi ya mshahara.
Halafu wewe unaanza kuhustle,ukifanikiwa mshukuru mungu..but chances are,youre going to tarmac like i do. Nothing comes forth. Sometimes najilaumu kwann sikupitia diploma ya ualimu au kwenda jeshi kwanza.But you cant blame me,can you?Elimu yetu ilivo,it is prestigious kupata division one na kwenda chuo kusoma the so called noble proffessions (or at least being in university,the course you take notwithstanding)..it is fancy,whereas you are deemed a tabula rasa kilaza if you take the former route.
Now whats the result?Hata nauli za kuzunguka mjini zinaisha,na wafadhili wanakuchoka coz hubebeki..Najiuliza sjui nifanye nini kuearn a lliving now na kuwa independent. May be mnipe mawazo wadau.
Ila tu nimegundua a bachelor degree is not the sole thing you you need to make it in life.Theres more to that,like technical know-who,out-of classroom skills,life skills etc.
I mean,have you ever been in a situation you grudgingly want a casual job you never pictured yourself doin even in the back of your thoughts? Say,tea gir/boy, And you dont get it as well?
