Did you ever think that time will come when people will be living this kind of life?
Life with a lot of insecurities, uncertainties, worries and fear! Psychologists are advising that, as the first step to the solution, we should accept the challenges once happened.
It is okay for human beings to feel the way we are all feeling right now. The feelings of fear, worries, insecurity, and uncertainties! It is all okay.
Unlike other diseases that have been there in our communities, COVID-19 is among the diseases which remind us that, we human beings are dependent to one another. And the actions of one person can affect the others life. Taking an example that, currently, health professionals tell people that “wearing masks is not only to protect your life but, other peoples lives, in case you are infected. Being safe, clean and taking all precautions is not only for you but also, for people around you, friends, neighbours and family members.
During this time, when all the media, organizations and other initiatives take over in raising awareness concerning the disease, take care of your mental health as it is very important for your well being and survival. Take yourself out of the information that will increase fear and worries in your mind. At least you remind yourself on the precautions and other information concerning the disease twice a day
Dear students and other people at home, you should have much time to explore yourselves, learn new things and spend time with your families. Improve your abilities and spread love to the people you have been far from, since when the disease took over by, calling, texting or emailing to give them hope.
Life must go on! When taking all precautions, life never stops. We are still on it. People have/need to work from home if possible, in their offices or any working places. One important thing is taking precautions as informed by health experts.
Storms are temporary, this too shall pass! Remember, nothing last forever, we have been in this world without covid-19, we, also shall be in the world without COVID-19. Get ready for new life after COVID-19. Increase your faith to God, eat well, exercise your body and feed your mind with positive thoughts.
