East Africa 2013/2014 Budget Expenditures, Did Uganda Outspend Tanzania On Transport?

Transport and Infrastructure/Works
Kenya KES 125.7 Billion, $US 1.45 Billion
Tanzania TZS 481.8 Billion, $US 303.2 Million
Uganda UGX 1.8 Trillion, $US 712.6 Million

Defense
Kenya KES 60.4 Billion , $US 700 Million
Tanzania TZS 651 Billion, $US 409.6 Million
Uganda UGX 1.05 Trillion , $US 415.7 Million

Is Uganda outspending Tanzania on transport and public works. On defense I can understand, or are my sources wrong.

As always, Kenya ahead of the pack. Amazing Tz are now lagging behind Uganda, nolonger playing catch up with Kenya.
Hope the usual suspects, kadoda11 Geza Ulole Bulldog will come and paint this better

If figures don't, what will?
I like looking at raw figures, they hide no BS, I don't like derived figures e.g GDP due to too many interpretations and assumptions which can be misleading.

amount ya physical investment done over the past 10-20 years then come over and lets have a meaningful chat
 
As Tanzanian its disappointing to hear about this since these budgets shows the clear figures and amount of investment made the rest is narrations and we are clear loosing the ground especially against kenya i bet even against the likes of rwanda if you take size relationship!!!

The sum of investments done past 20 years

This will certainly give the clear picture of what today's figure mean none sense.

What if 80% of the Uganda UGX 1.8 Trillion, $US 712.6 Million goes to recurrent expenses?

The content lies in the figures should show the meaning.
