East Africa witnesses Venus, Jupiter courting Moon

Unless nimeelewa tofauti maelezo yako, utanisamehe!

Mshiiri,
Sidhani kama Jupiter itahusika.

April / July 2009 – Venus and Mars in the morning sky.

The period from mid April until mid July sees Venus and Mars close together in the eastern pre-dawn sky. It is unusual for the two to be so close together for so long; they happen to be in the same line of sight as Venus reaches the maximum curve of its orbit. Venus moves above Mars from 22nd April and then lies about 5 to 10 degrees to the upper left of Mars until the middle of June. The diagram at left shows them by the crescent Moon on the 23rd of April.

What is the percentage of what we see at night are bodies residing outside the boundary of our solar system?

We have less than 50 solar system residents that could be visible at night, and the number of visible stars is well beyond 5000.

The percentage is well in excess of 99.

Mkuu sijakuelewa unaposema 50 solar system, ulitaka kumaanisha nini?

Domo Kaya mimi sikujua hili. Ningelijua nisingelala mapema.
