East Africa's Capital, Nairobi City : photo gallery

Upperhill Business District, in 2021, this place will hold three out of five of tallest buildings in Africa...
1. Hass towers (Kenya)
2. Carlton centre (SA)
3. Britam Tower (Kenya)
4. Ponte City Aptms (SA)
5. UAP Tower (Kenya)

once Hass Towers, Avic Intl. and Montave are completed, please Tanzanians look for Ugandans coz it will be game over.... Nairobi shall be on level of Joburg and Cairo ONLY! even though ata sai we are still not in the same level with Dar

Remember hass has two supertall towers not one,Montave has 3 towers and both are being built at the same venue in Upper hill and that density will be extremely sweet as you approach the city on A104 on Mombasa road.

Mnnn Nairobi my city my metropolis!!!
indeed...i passed through haile sellassie ave and stopped at Times Tower...boy is that building tall?(140m) so i am wondering how Hass will be like coz its more than double the height of TT (300m) and much more beautiful (all glass)...

I am very sure that dar is way better than nai, being better is not all about having tallest towers or having big real estate. ...it's all about opportunity to raise from nothing to something, from no body to somebody

this statement goes against facts...for instance, Nairobi has way more dollar millionaires than Dar...what does this mean? it means they came from "nothing to something" as u say. also, when these tall skyscrapers are being built, these companies (real estate, retail, office, hospitality) want to tap into the growing middle class who developed from "nothing to something". it is happening at a faster rate compared to Dar...yes there are poor people in Nai no doubt, but those skyscrapers popping up everywhere in the city mean something...companies dont just wake up and decide we will build a skyscraper in Nairobi..they consider many factors....these factors are what attract them...look at New York, Dubai, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo...even in Africa Joburg.... what capabilities to turn people from "nothing to something" do these cities have??? (vast opportunities) and do they have tall towers??? (Certainly)
