Though Hull City gave Kenya 2-1, they played really well beyond my expectations. Their game was really good. The Hull City keeper did a good job!! Return match in Nairobi. I later realized that the game was a marketing strategy for Kenya as a country and Kenyan football showcase to get clubs and sponsors for Kenyan clubs. Other Companies like the Kenya Airways were also advertising on the grand stage!! The fans who attended were over 5,000, a really good number. Many scouts attended the game, so some boys could be picked for English clubs, bearing in mind that Alunga and Wanyama has created a good name and respect for them
