The last i checked Tanzania was a colony of britain, kwani mkoloni alivyoondoka hakuwaachia plan. pende usipende Nairobi is probably one of the best cities in Africa unlike dar which has no clearly defined CBD and is one sprawling city.
however one good thing about dar is the location of the Ubungo bus terminus, this is essence has worked to somehow reduce the congestion in the city centre.

The first pic is Nyayo Estate, the 2nd largest estate in Africa; Btw, that photo is not evene half of Nyayo estate, its only showing part of phase 1& 2
