There is no standard list of barriers that must be overcome b4 development is possible. But the most powerful single prerequisite without which economic development would be impossible is not politics or social structure but the access to the discoveries of modern science & innovantion!
"The active & positive government role 2ward economic development is of more vital, if the goverment is unwilling or unable 2 play such role, then the government itself become a barrier to development or fundamental cause of poverty!
Question! Is Tanzanian Government play its role effectively! Think of 3years 2come on employment opportunities in relation 2 the number of graduates etc! I love Tanzania!
