A teacher is the designated leader, and the pupil is the follower. Each pupil is expected to perform his or her task and, see that the purpose of the group is achieved, this will let pupils develop sense of belonging to the group and of responsibility.Pupils must learn how to work together ,let them set their goals, .the major work of a teacher is to create "holding environment" to let pupils get associated.

I came hoping for a rather more explanatory use of the technique in named school. Could you be very kind for us and give a practical use of the method, show the hows, whens, and whats.
