incarcerating any leader is complex especially from a friendly African country and where there are interests from westerners at stake, effective war on terror. ICC has no money to conduct investigations and have all along relied on NGO propaganda to build a case against uhururuto those that for long have thought obama was the messiah, to deliver justice.
