Wadau wa sheria, to what extent electronic evidence is admissible in Tanzania laws? Was the amendment of Electronic Evidence Amendment Act 2007take ncognisance of the fact that electronic information can be modulated (or in more concrete terms be tempered with to the satisfaction of the maker) to fit ones needs. Was the legislature aware of adobe photo shop and the like!-
