Mtu kusimamishwa kazi huwa anabakia kuwa mwajiriwa halali huku akipokea nusu ya mshahara wake, na hatakiwi kufanya kazi yoyote katika kipindi atakachokuwa amesimamishwa, pale uchunguzi unapokamilika na kukutwa hana hatia anastahili kulipwa mishahara yake yote na fidia nyingizo!
