When they instill the spirit or concept of patriotism into the agent's heads, it is like, they are basically presenting the agent's with a MORAL COMPASS, with which, they will be using to operate or discharge their duties in the realm of intelligence. boss, when it comes to espionage business, there would sometimes be technical flaws in human resources management just like in commercial enterprise arrangements. but the fact that deterrence tactics would sometimes prove ineffective doesn't offer enough justification to not have some in place and execute them.D
