Mko wachache ILA hamjaweza kujitosheleza kwa chakula ndip maana WFP wako Kenya permanent. Acheni misifa ya kijinga. Kwanza mjitoshelesha mahitaji ya msingi ndio tuwaelewa.

Kuna mataifa matajiri zaidi ya mara kumi kutuliko lakini hawawezi kujilisha wenyewe kwani nchi ni jangwa eneo kubwa. Kina Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, etc. Hata mababe wa Africa kama Algeria, Libya na Egypt hununua kutoka nje asilimia kubwa ya mahitaji yao kimlo. That doesn't make any of the above countries below nations with larger tracts of arable land such as DRC, Uganda etc.

Only around 10% of Kenyan land is arable, 65% of it is ASAL where as the remaining portion of land is settled and occupied with villages, towns and cities. That means we produce as much as we can using the 10% (the portion is among Africa's most successful agricultural producing area) and import any deficit that arises. Sometimes even being able to not just cater our needs as a country using this 10% but also export a surplus.

Kwa nini usijiulize kuwa Kampala imechaguliwa kuwa ni jiji bora la kuishi katika kanda yetu na kuiacha Nairobi na pia dar !!!!....

Ila hata hivyo Ethiopia yapaswa kupongezwa maana imekua kwa double digits na kuisuppress Kenya was only a matter of time..

Just take few comparisons , utaona kuwa nchi hizi zinarandana na pia Ethiopia kuwa na population size kubwa ni additional advantage

Tanzania is a much bigger country than the three combined that's why there is no pride in beating them by a few billion dollars in GDP.

The bigger the country (Populationwise and resourcewise), the more resourceful it is, the greater the chance that it has a bigger economy. Apparently Tanzania has never taken advantage of that.

Angalia Ethiopia, kila mwezi mnakamata waethiopia wanaikimbia nchi yao kwa sababu ya umaskini uliokithiri, still flying on top. rubbish. Remember GDP inapimwa kwa volume of goods and services produced in a country during a particular year.
 
lakini hizi figures si factual, hata ethiopia iwe inakua kwa kiasi hicho cha avg 10% hawawezitoka from 49$billion last year to $67 baada ya miezi kumi na mbili...

in reality tanzania uchumi wake si 45.9 bali ni 48.06 in 2016

luxemburg uchumi wao ni $64billion

tunisia ni 48.6$ billion

Ethiopia uchumi wao ni 55.6$ billion up from 47.6 last year (use that to get the growth rate)



kenya gdp came from 54$billion last year to $60.9 this year, ukipiga hesabu utaona imefanana na economy growth iliotangazwa officially..

lakini ule uchumi tunafaa kuangalia ni wa drc congo, hao watu wako na minerals worth more than the economies of US and EU combined, wakiacha vita hakuna muafrika atAmshika, sote tutaona kivumbi
