source of vitamin B 3, B12 , potassium ,

Octopus heads are high in selenium and are a
risk for cadmium poisoning, even in small
amounts. [6]
Uncooked starch (yaani miogo mibichi) is never digestible by your body....! it is as good as eating sand. Digestion of any starch starts from the mouth whereby it is mixed by Saliva (mate ya mdomoni) where it breaks down the starch.
So eating any uncooked starch is as good as eating nothing and indeed it may couse harzoud heath effects including malnutrition since you may feel like your stomach is full but in realitity its feeled with useless non nutritions food.
