It seems Evans Kidero has decided a war of words toward Raila Odinga by completely discrediting Him .
Nairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero has scoffed at claims he is using funds drives across Nyanza region to undermine Cord leader Raila Odinga. Speaking at Uzima university Kisumu, Kidero denied that he is out to oust Raila as the undisputed Luo supremo. He said Nyanza has no option but to be developed through fundraisers like other regions. The governor defended harambees he has conducted in Nyanza saying they are not about supremacy. He said the region has for many years lagged behind in development, adding that it was time leaders developed the area. Kidero said Nyanza residents should not blame him for working with the government of the day to serve Kenyans saying party affiliation should not deter leaders from actively and effectively participating in development programmes in any part of the country.
