Exim Bank (T) Ltd being sued 146 million for fraud...

hey guys, Just wanted to share what i have heard recently that Exim Bank (T) Ltd have been sued with 146 million for participating in stealing, destroying and hiding dishonored cheques of thier customer. This is a very serious matter that exim bank have played and are being sued by their customer with the High court.. Shame on exim bank for playing such fraud games.

The branch manager of exim bank (T) Ltd - Mwanza branch and their employees are reali very unfaithful people. For the above sue the case has already been opened in the Hight court of mwanza and exim bank could not defend themselves and accepted their mistake.
