AC Milan transfer target scores 4 goals in the last match
Posted on November 9, 2021 by Rossonero

AC Milan transfer target Julian Alvarez continues to make make waves with his performances scoring four goals in the last match.
The derby draw with Inter once again highlighted one of AC Milan’s biggest problems. The Rossoneri clearly need more options in attack. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Olivier Giroud and Pietro Pellegri are rarely at the top of their physical condition and almost never all three available to coach Stefano Pioli.

The management and Elliott are well aware of this problem. Maldini and Massara are pondering whether to purchase one or two strikers in the summer but the current situation has forced the management to consider signing a new centre forward in January.

A number of players have been linked to the Rossoneri. Names like Belotti or Yuri Alberto are not realistic targets for January but the situation is different for Argentine star Julian Alvarez.

The 21-year-old River Plate striker is the top pick of Maldini. Rossoneri scouts have followed him on a number of occasions and Alvarez continues to score at a regular pace in South America. Last night, Julian Alvarez personally destroyed Patronato scoring a poker of goals that keeps River Plate comfortable at the top of the league.

In 16 appearances so far, Julian Alvarez has scored 15 goals and assisted 6. Excellent numbers for a young player who dreams of playing in Europe. The AC Milan transfer target has a release clause of 25 million euros but with his contract expiring in one year, River Plate are willing to sell their gem for €18 million

Henry very impressed by AC Milan new signing
Posted on November 9, 2021 by Rossonero

France legend Thierry Henry is quite impressed with AC Milan’s new singing challenging him to play in the World Cup.
During the summer transfer window AC Milan spent 10 million euros (bonuses included) to purchase French midfielder Yacine Adli. However, both clubs decided that Adli will spend the remaining of the season at Bordeaux on loan and join Milan next season.

Adli’s excellent performances with Bordeaux this season are not going unnoticed. The future AC Milan player received praise yesterday from French legend Thierry Henry at the end of the match between Bordeaux and PSG:

“You have changed your attitude, you were brave both against Reims and with PSG. And you encouraged your teammates, I am seeing a new Yacine Adli“, said the former Arsenal striker.

“I understand perfectly. Last year we had a difficult season and we learned our lesson. Now we are rebuilding and we need time but we know we have to hurry. It is not a personal discourse but a collective one, we feel more united, more empowered“, responded Adli to Henry.

Thierry Henry reminded the 21-year-old central midfielder that the World Cup and he should become part of the France national team. “I will challenge you: the World Cup is close, right? Then see you in a year…”. Adli has never been called up by the senior national team, at least until now.

The former Paris Saint-Germain talent has established himself as one of the best central midfielder in Ligue 1 in recent years. The 21-year-old has made 13 appearances with Bordeaux scoring one goal and providing three assists so far.

Conte wants AC Milan defender at Tottenham
Posted on November 9, 2021 by Rossonero

Franck Kessie is not the only AC Milan player that new Tottenham coach Antonio Conte wants to bring in England.
Tottenham Hotspur have just announced the appointment of Antonio Conte as their new coach. The Italian will succeed Nuno Espirito Santo and will be paid a pharaonic salary of 15 million euros per season. At the same time, Tottenham have promised Conte important signings and Serie A players are expected to follow him in England.

Antonio Conte’s admiration for Franck Kessie is not a secret. He tried to sign the Ivorian midfielder when he was at Inter and is trying to do the same now as Tottenham coach. But Kessie is not the only AC Milan player on Conte and Tottenham’s radar.

MilanLive reports that Tottenham have turned their attention to Alessio Romagnoli. The AC Milan captain is in a similar contract situation with Kessie. He too becomes a free agent at the end of the season and the chances of his permanence are drastically low.

Antonio Conte is expected to use his 3-5-2 trademark formation at Tottenham. In such a game system Tottenham would require a strong trio of centre backs. Conte has reportedly identified Alessio Romagnoli and Stefan De Vrij as the ideal profiles for his squad.

The contract situation of the 26-year-old Italian defender puts Tottenham in a comfortable position. Selling Romagnoli in January is the only chance AC Milan have to profit something after spending 25 million euros to purchase him in 2015 from Roma.
As mentioned earlier the chances of Romagnoli continuing his career at San Siro are very low. The former Roma defender is currently earning close to 6 million per season, bonuses included. The Rossoneri have made an attempt and have offered Alessio a long term contract at 3 million per season but his agent, Mino Raiola, has asked twice that figure.
