I have read that organic apple cider vinegar has the ability to help your body clear lactic acid and reduce muscle soreness & fatigue. Since my middle name these days is "muscle soreness & fatigue", I figured I would try it. Organic Vinegar supposedly can do
everything from relieving muscle pain from exercise, balancing pH levels, soothing sore throats, and normalizing weight. The vitamins contained in ACV are bioflavonoids (vitamin P), beta-carotene (precursor to vitamin A), vitamin C, E, B1, B2, and B6.
I drink a cocktail of 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar with a glass of room temperature water and a dash of lemon juice 2x daily. First thing in the morning and before going to bed.( this also makes a great detox) I've seen a significant reduction in my neck
stiffness, muscle pain and soreness to the touch and a slight increase in my energy levels. I should also add that my skin has been looking better these days. Do you take Organic apple cider vinegar? Does it help? *If you're thinking about trying Organic apple
cider vinegar, talk to your health care provider first. Your health care provider can assess whether the apple cider vinegar will affect other health conditions you have or the effectiveness of the medicines you take
