So according to united States think tank fund for peace, countries from EAST AFRICA only Kenya ( 17 ) and South Sudan ( 1 ) are in the top twenty. Tanzania is 64, USA 154, North Korea 28 and Uganda 24 among others.
Question is, are we seriously comparing Tanzania and Kenya?
