You claimed Mwanza is bigger than Nakuru simply because it has a population of 3.3 million and gold. In the same context Kinshasa has a population of 11million against Dar slaam 4.3 million so according or based on your argument Kinshasa is automatically bigger and more developed than Dar.If you've Kinshasa stats please bring then here, I'm not sure why your asking me. It seems Nakuru case is closed and now Kinshasa. OK let's make this interesting and widen this argument, Johannesburg vs Nairobi.

As usual you've used many words to evade my question.Mwanza is bigger to Nakuru because of its population and economy, with gold aside, you'll still remain with cotton and fabrics manufacturing, fish processing plants, meat processing plants as cattle business is thriving. BTW Tanzania is 2nd in Africa and 11th in the world with more livestock.
And what does Kinshasa produces and Dar can't? Is it hotels, housing, getaway to the world, communication, banking, roads, mass transit or maybe clean air and water. Strangely enough, non of you is taking about Nakuru which is the name headlining the thread.
