Four Points by Sheraton debuts in Tanzania with first Arusha hotel

And for your information that place now is history all that neighborhood has been hammered the mega renewable energy plant to take place
1st it's fake, then it's rural, as if Tz is a very dense country, then it has been hammered down to make a mega plant. which is which?

You wanna say all of this or in short 92% of Dar has been hammered down to make a mega power plant?

Show us the pic where all of that has been hammered down. You'd need nuclear to do that, and that power plant will feed the entire continent

The first picture was actually not Dar, the second and third ones are from msimbazi valley which all of them are already demolished.

Second you can't compare that picture of Dar you contrast to your kibera slum, take your time to zoom that picture you will find street roads, open spaces for sports, big spaces with trees and 95% of those houses are decent and supplied with clean and safe water, electricity and sanitation systems which that standard probably you can only find in upperhill Nairobi, kibera and mathare are not even know anything about them.

It is lives n not leaves!
