Nilikuwa naelezea kuhusu fractional banking,with this kind of banking,money is printed which does not correspond to the wealth there is in the country. Ilivyotokea hapo,Waarabu wametapeliwa hela zao,the Arab countries are broke,and that is the reason for The Arab Spring. But I will send another posting to see where this fractional banking fits in.
