3 weeks clean, phew! [emoji28]

The urge is real but nimepambana kushindana nayo. I’m actually not happy, ila I feel I’m getting my old self back.

I’m glad some good few people in here reached out for some advice and support, nashukuru sana it was nice to be in touch with you all.

A reflection

I lost sense on the value of money really, nakumbuka I would get mad on losing a bet and just out of hasira in trying to chase a loss ninge place a double bet on a bet I know I will likely to lose, very stupid of me really.

On the long run you just don’t get enough of the wins and greed would just kick in. The HOUSE ALWAYS WINS!

I’m happy with where I am right now [emoji817].

Addiction comes when you can’t resist/beat the temptation.

Even if you win or lose.

Because Some addicted people wins and some dont.

For those who loses and still cant stop , they tend to find capital in any neccessary option.
Like Loan , Mortage etc.
And some still lose it again.

There are people with less stable mentalities, and you never know if they’ll be able to stop at the right moment or if they’ll just keep going, taking greater risks. I can also relate to being warned by my parents as a kid that I might become addicted, but clearly, that didn’t happen.
