Police in Gganda Kyebando, Wakiso district has arrested three people for inciting violence.
The officer in charge of Nansana Police Station Michael Tayebwa said the suspects were among residents who mobilized others to block Gganda road in Nansana municipality.
The road is in a bad state and the residents say the authorities have neglected them. Tayebwa said the suspects will be charged.
