GENERAL IMPORTANCES OF SPORTS:
A sport is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment. There are so many different types of sports like football, volleyball, fencing, jogging, basketball, and so on.
The reason i brought up such a topic like this here and now, is because there are so many people who engage in sports without having a specific target lets say you find someone going to the gym without knowing exactly what they need to achieve. Anyone can engage in any type of sport so long they will be competent in it and sports has to be fun, if it cause prolonged physical pain or sickness, one has to refrain from it.

Generally, there is so much importance of sports, but I will touch on a few. Sports aid in physical and mental health of a human being as it keeps us fit and sound.
Physical activity can trigger brain chemicals that make you feel happier and more relaxed. We are generally encouraged to have a more #activelifestyle, as it creates lasting habits. An early introduction to sports for young children is preferable, allowing them to have healthier and more successful lives.
Studies have shown that sports are a contributing factor to mental well-being. Compiling evidence has shown a 20-30% reduction in depression in adults who participate in physical activity, as exercise reduces the levels of stress hormones in your body.
In addition to boosting your health and well-being, sports keep chronic conditions that need constant monitoring and regular appointments and effectively enhance your quality of life by reducing the chances of developing diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension.
All types of sports are extremely helpful, and both individual and team sports have their own added unique benefits besides boosting #health. For instance, individual sports such as running, cycling, and weightlifting, are all particularly effective ways to burn calories.
