Tanzania ilibatilisha uhusika wa company ya China kwenye ujenzi wa SGR baada ya kuonekana chembe za rushwa kwenye mchakato mzima wa upataji wao wa zabuni.

1. When Tz wants to build an oil pipeline, Kenya is already exporting oil next month...
2. When Tz wants to build an electric railway, Kenya's railway, though not electric, has already reached 50 percent completion...financing is all set for the last part......
3. When TZ has Speed kali ya viwanda, Volkswagen, Ashok Leyland, Toyota, etc have already opened industries in Kenya....

should I continue?

the point is, Kenya huwa inafanya mambo sio kusema...MoUs mean nothing!!! for example, we signed an MoU in 2009 for a light rail system in Nai but now it is not there yet...sasa usilete projects ambazo hata hazijaanza...zingine hata hazina financing...unafikiri kujenga reli ama pipeline ni shillingi mbili?

I hear the chinese withdrew funding and cancelled the financing plan they had made during Kikwete's tenure, citing difficulties working with Magufulu, so magufuli looked west and went to apply loan kwa world bank.
