GNS3 Router Emulator

GNS3 is a router Emulator, it allows you to run the actual Cisco router operating system (IOS) on a PC.
This means that you have access to all of the commands that the actual router would have.

What you need:
GNS3 Link: http://www.gns3.net/

Cisco IOS Image: You need an image (.iso file) of a Cisco operating system, there are different images for different router models.
GNS3 doesnt come with any IOS due to licensing issues. There are many ways to obtain an ios Image, some more legal than others.
