SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt - Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe will not step down and Western critics who called the country's recent election a sham can "go hang," the longtime ruler's spokesman said Tuesday.
Charamba had harsh words for Western pressure: "They can go hang. They can go and hang a thousand times."

If it means starving your own people to death,making your own people homeless and making them run away from their country,enabling your own country to be among the most failed states in the world I guess he is mistaken and needs psychological advice.

Kevo ... some situations cannot be avoided i think the blame should go to the whiteman still whose tunes he cant dance to.

Mugabe from the beginning has no intention to hurt his people ... he is only defending whats best for them ... its like a man running from his house na kumwachia an opponent atawale ... cant you see this??

Ni wakati sasa kwa bara la Afrika kujitegemea na kuacha kwenda kupiga magoti na kuomba misaada isio kichwa wala mkia.

Viongozi wa Afrika wanafanya haya kwa kuwalaghai wananchi wao maskini huku wao wenyeqwe wakiendelea kufaidi matunda ya uhuru na kuzidi kupokea hizo pesa za misaada.

Kama kweli waafrika tuna mshikamano huu basi tuachane kabisa na wazungu na tujitegemee wenyewe na marafiki wetu wapya Uchina.

Bila hivo ntendela kuona kwamba bado kuna ule mchezo wa kitoto, ambapo mtoto akiishiwa uji au chakula huenda jikoni kuomba kingine.
