Following the statements of the late Peter Cirimwami, the major obstacle to fighting Rwanda came from the Kinshasa political hierarchy instructing ceasefire whenever FARDC took over the enemy. The generals of the staff were therefore placed between the hammer of government orders and the embellishment of the aspirations of the people and the troops in the theater of operations.
Notice that since the departure of these generals to Bukavu, the FARDC and the Wazalendo have taken back the hair of the beast. They have violated the Sempiternal order not to cross the Rwandan borders. They decided to attack Rwanda directly without waiting for the Congolese government's authorization. Finally they understood the usefulness of this military paradigm “the best defense is to attack the opponent first” have moved from defensive strategy to offensive strategy. That being said, they began to pillage the cities of Gisenyi and Rubavu, creating a general panic there, causing many deaths and many injuries.
The Congolese troops broke an old taboo that neither Mzee, nor Joseph nor Felix could rape. Rid of outdated orders from Kinshasa due to the escape of their superiors in Bukavu, the FARDC led by a valiant Congolese captain benefited from more maneuver to attack Rwandan cities head-on before returning to reclaim the city of Goma totally liberated since Yesterday Monday at 10:04 pm by the part of Congolese troops who refused to retreat. They took back the RTNC seat. They have cut off the power that was feeding the towns of Gisenyi and Rubavu.
Hats off to these valiant fighters who didn't give up their weapons but want to demystify Kagame in his own home. They have managed to destabilize it to the point where the Rwandan president had to decree a curfew in the entire Kigali capital yesterday Monday night.
The demystification of Kagame can have serious consequences even inside Rwandan territory where anti-Kagame forces begin to reorganize themselves to seize this new dynamic of war.
The probability of joining between Rwandan anti-Kagame forces, FARDC and Wazalendo forces will inevitably change the course of the war. If Kinshasa is going to seize this new military game on the field by doubling the salaries of the fighters and renewing their ammunition and food supplies, the DRC will be able to get out of it. On his part, the humiliated Kagame is already preparing the retaliation because this becomes a matter of life and death for him and his regime. Serious things have just begun and we must prepare mentally and militarily to keep the moral high until the final victory.
