:nono: DISCOVERED DISCREPANCIES IN THE RECENT NEW TEACHERS’ EMPLOYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
(2012/2013) PUBLISHED IN THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING WEBSITE :nono:

The following are the major areas of noticeable discrepancies:

1. New Employed teachers statistics do not match

2. Self-Contradictory Statement

Your good statement orders all in-service graduands to go back to their previous duty stations. However, a simple analysis reveals that a teacher whose entry is numbered 252 an in-service at one of Temeke Manicipal Primary School, has been posted to Moshi (Rural). Is it not a contradiction?

3. Violation of Standards

It was announced earlier in 2010 that from 2012 henceforth, no teacher who failed in any subject would be posted to a new duty station until he/she passes the failed subject(s) in the subsequent sitting. However, a simple analysis reveals that two graduands with post entry numbered 2483 in the list (who failed in 2 subjects) and another with post entry numbered 1693, both have been posted to Kyela and Mbeya City Municipalilties respectively. What a gross misconduct?

Recommendations!

Being a stakeholder, though third party to this recent announcement, I have been aggrieved by such discrepancies. It is unethical to grant a post to a teacher who failed in 2 subjects while dropping another who failed in a single subject. This discovery list is not exhaustive; the ministry should expect similar grievances especially after this message is brought into awareness of other stakeholders.

I therefore request the MOEVT to urgently withdraw the records so published, make all necessary corrections and re-publicize a clean list that is unquestionable. A feedback from the ministry should be advanced to the public, so that we can be sure that these queries are being attended.

Welcum to jf mkuu!
Kuna majina pia yamejirudiarudia. Kuna watu ambao hawakugraduate wamepewa post na mapungufu mengine kibao tu. Hili la in service kupewa post mpya and at the same time they are told to go back to were they were b4 going to upgrade naona ni tatizo la kila mwaka au limekaa kisiasa zaidi kuongeza idadi katika makaratasi for publicity reasons gov't ionekane imeajiri wengi while the fact remains that these people were employees. Or mayb the ministry doesn't have good record of its employees I wonder if they have database or they r still using file system na masijala ndo kuna details za walimu wote.
