Today is hump day aka Wednesday.

It's called hump day because it's the middle day of the work week.

Thus, it gets you over the hump to the weekend.

I'm just sitting here bored to death, up to no good. So I felt like I should drop a couple lines to someone [not mine of course but I like them and think they apply to the situation].
